Growing up, I didn't have the chance to raise a dog of my own, as a family we traveled often or I was playing sports.  My connection to animals was always there.  I became the honorary caregiver and favorite companion to all of my neighbors and friend's dogs. 

While working as a traveling insurance adjuster I volunteered at shelters walking and fostering dogs. 

I enjoy a challenge. When volunteering at the humane society I like to work with dogs that are not handled much. One of my proudest accomplishments was helping a 130 pound dog who was returned twice to the shelter, find his forever home.

I settled down in Greenville, SC  working as a project manager in construction, I was befriending and sitting for clients dogs.

 Then Mac, my own golden, became my family in 2025. 

Mac showed me that a Frickin Tired dog is a happy dog, and that some dogs need more than a lap around the block.

This long-standing passion eventually inspired me to launch this business.

I moved to Colorado with Mac to do this full time. 

Frickin Tired exists to send your dog home happy and tired.
